We have been operating in the market since 1995 and are constantly looking for innovative solutions to satisfy the expectations of our partners. In the process of completing various projects we implement the latest technology and materials ensuring our products have a high level of usability and quality. We supply comprehensive solutions – starting with the design or prototype and ending with a finished product in any quantity at a short period of time. MJ Polymers operates in two fields: plastics (injection, polyurethane and resin casting) and quality assurance of containers for transportation (mainly for the automotive industry).

A task entirely delivered by one manufacturer significantly reduces the cost and accelerates the manufacturing process by eliminating potential problems.

Quality assurance

Service quality control of transportation containers.

Volkswagen Group factories in Poland are our key customer. In 2015, we took part in the revamp of Caddy and Transporter models, where we were responsible for controlling the quality of containers delivered from all over Europe. After receiving positive feedback for our work and obtaining recommendations we were contracted again for 2016 and 2017 at the newly established plant in Września.

A look back at our history

1995

“Zakład Tworzyw Sztucznych Michał Janiec” is founded. The company deals with the manufacturing of plastics using injection technology.

2005

The name of the company is changed into MJ polymers and another technology is introduced – polyurethane casting.

2007

Initial success – cooperation with Granit – a large German company – orders commissioned for products made of plastic.

2011

First contact with the Volkswagen Group for delivery of polyurethane components and initiating cooperation with other companies.

2012

Increased cooperation with the Volkswagen Group – modernisation and repair of transport containers.

2013

Increased cooperation with the Volkswagen Group – modernisation and repair of transport containers.

2015

The Volkswagen Group proposes MJ Polymers to carry out quality control of containers they purchased all over Europe as part of the process of revamping the VW Caddy and Transporter.

2016-2017

Another large VW order for quality control of transportation containers ordered for the newly established plant in Września. The corporation launches the manufacturing of the new VW Crafter.
